Thank you for your inquiry into the Admission Office at Oneonta Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. 
We are very proud  of our 30-year history of providing high quality medical care and services to our community.

We invite you to schedule a tour to discuss the programs we offer.  Below is a link to our application that you can print for your convenience.

We work with all area hospitals as well as accept referrals from the community.  We are both Medicare
and Medicaid certified and we accept most major secondary insurance.
