5:30 - 6:00 Cocktails (cash bar) Sit Down Dinner served at 6:00

Menu Choices:
1: Beef Tips & Wild Mushroom Risotto (tips w/mushrooms, onions, peppers & zucchini in creamy risotto topped with reggiano cheese)

2: Baked Herb Crusted Tilapia & Rice Pilaf (served over sauteed spinach topped w/lemon & wine cream sauce); or 3: Chicken Saltimboca & Broccoli (Chicken breast topped w/prosciuto & provalone in a white wine & butter sauce w/angel hair pasta in garlic & olive oil).
Includes: Salad of spring mix w/grape tomato, cucumber, black olives, red onions & croutons served w/balsamic vinaigrette.

Cost is $20.00 per person - Space is limited to 40 reservations
